Pre-Build Competition
Caspase-3 based on 1i3o.pdb.
Directions:
The Pre-Build Model should represent chains A and B of caspase-3 based on the PDB file 1i3o.pdb. This section of the protein has two chains (A and B). Chain A is 143 amino acids long and will require a toober that is 286cm long. Chain B is 101 amino acids long and will require a toober that is 202cm long. (1 amino acid = 2cm)
