Beta Sheet

This tutorial shows a section of a beta sheet of GFP on its own as well as in relation to the entire protein. Notice how the hydrophilic sidechains appear on the outside of the GFP. What about the inside? Are those sidechains mainly hydrophilic or hydrophobic?
