Exploring Protein Structure

The Introduction to Protein Structure Suitcase contains materials to explore protein structure and is available for a two week loan period from the MSOE Model Lending Library. If you wish to borrow the suitcase for a longer period for use with a SMART Team, please contact Shannon Colton, colton@msoe.edu, (414) 277-2824 to inquire about availability.

Jmol Training

• Software:
  Each SMART Team participant may download a free version of Jmol for the initial model design. Please note for SMART Teams 2011-2012, we will be using Jmol 12.0.47. The link below will provide you with that release.
